Shipping

At Truck Accessory Liquidators orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday - Friday are usally processed and shipped the same day. Although over 90% of the items we sell are stocked in our warehouse some products are made to order or may be on back-order. The website product pages and shopping cart will inform you of estimated ship dates. These our our best estimate based upon past experience. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will attemped to notify you by telephone and e-mail of the new projected shipping date and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order or cancel it for a prompt and complete refund.

In-stock items that are ordered after the 1:00 p.m. weekday cut off are ship the following business day. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

Shipping Costs

Tal 4X4 does it's best to provide free shipping on many of our product lines. When we offer a product with Free Shipping be assured we did not inflate the price to cover our shipping costs. We are simply adding value to your purchase by shipping it free to you without any hidden fees.

Return and Exchange Policies

Read This First

Before returning any parts, contact us to request an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization number. This RGA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Parts returned within 21 days from the date of delivery are eligible for a refund, excluding the shipping charges. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a restocking and reboxing fee. Purchases of parts designated as "Non-Returnable" on the product information page are final and cannot be returned for a refund. All parts must be returned in the original package, and not be damaged or installed. Parts must be in original condition.

Returns

Important Notice: Items purchased in the Bargin Barn and all Special Orders are not returnable.

We will not accept returns due to the wrong part being ordered, please carefully read the item's description. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.

Non-defective Merchandise Returns

Returns on non-defective merchandise are eligible for return within 30 days from the invoice date and are subject to a 15% restock fee with a $10 minimum. The buyer will also be assessed any outbound shipping charges from the original purchase. No returns will be allowed on products that have been installed and removed. Obsolete or discontinued items are not eligible for return.

We will not accept any returns after 30 days from invoice date.

Important Notice: Items purchased in the Bargin Barn and all Special Orders are not returnable.

Items Damaged In Shipping

Shipping damages must be reported to us within 2 days from the delivery date. If an item was damaged in shipping, then we file a claim with UPS. UPS takes 3 days to review our claim and at the end of 3 days, if they accept the claim, they will pick up the item and deliver it back to us. When the package arrives back to us, we will give you a refund—may take 7-14 days.

Exhange Policy

The parts that we have in stock are close-out items and some of the manufacturers are no longer in business. Therefore, we apologize, we cannot do exchanges.

Refund Policy

In the event that you receive a damaged part, a return is possible as long as you bear the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be applied after all returns are thoroughly checked and we are satisfied with the condition of the items. Mounted tires are considered used and are NOT returnable. NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. All returns must be in the original packaging and include (installation components, instructions, etc).

Receiving item(s) you didn't order?

If we shipped the wrong item you may return the item(s). Once the item has been received back, we will issue a refund. This will take take 7-14 days.
